happy birthday

This one made it to Andrea so I can post.... The finished card is 6 1/2" x 5". The butterfly's wings are bent up and the ladybug is on with a pop dot so it 3-D'd.

Birthday Boy Turning One

We will celebrate Andy's first birthday soon and this one will be going to him...
The ear is 3-D and the card front is layered with foam tape and lined up perfectly with the wallpaper scraps in blue checks...

A hello to a friend's mom and dad...

I've known this friend's mom and dad since 1987... They don't get on the computer anymore so snail mail or visits in person are the ways to say hi to them. This one is going in the mail tomorrow...

Pressed faux flowers

Learned this technique a few weeks back. Super easy, super fast. Added some thread since I have my sewing stuff out. :) A birthday card done.

Bubbles and Flowers

This one is going to a friend who is recovering from surgery... Stickles on the bubbles. Could also do Crystal Laquer for a wet look. :)

This is napkin card -- a technique I taught at my LSS quite a bit. Love doing this. For a friend's birthday.

Beth stamping her shirt

Bought Bethany a plain shirt and she went to town stamping on it. She had fun doing this project.

Nude man

Nude man walking the beach.... Love how it turned out.

An old Christmas ornament new again

I bought this Christmas ornament for a quarter knowing I could alter it... I love to find something and know I can make it my very own.

It's heavy and so pretty... and opens up to reveal a nice saying.

With Sculpy clay, I made an oval that would go over the orginal. Wrote what I wanted and edged the sides with a gold marker.

This will go on the 7' tree we up at our cabin in the mountains. Perfect. :) I love the cardinal and the stained glass here at the top.
