Harrods in London is a must

I could have lived in this store. Oh the wonderful things they have.

I managed to find a beautiful tea pot with roses all over it on sale, the last one, no box, for 18 pounds! (a steal!) It was normally over 40 pounds [one pound was equal to ~$1.50 US at the time we were over there.]
